Still printing blank labels ?

If not working, please reset the printer by following the method.

1. Turn on the printer;

2. Press the FEED button and hold on;

3. Release your finger when you hear the five “Di” sounds.

4. Then, you will hear another one “Di” sound, which means the printer was reset. After the above methods, you can setup the label size from the beginning and try again.

Why is my label not clear or dark?

1. The most common cause of poor print quality is related to poor quality source files.2. In the printer preferences, you can set “Darkness” and “Speed”. By default, the printer is set to print at an average speed of “8”. Reducing this speed will result in a higher resolution. Note: Increasing the density/darkness number will cause the print to be darker. Setting the density too high will cause the print head to print the center line and the heat of the print head. Reducing this number will result in lighter printing.3.In your guest printer preferences, you can set “Hue” to “None” to get better results.

Do the printer work with ChromOS ?

NO, Our printer don’t support ChromeOS system, just for all Windows and macOS. please recheck your computer system before you purchase ,thank you

How do I calibrate the printer?

Press and hold the ‘Feed” button until the indicator (blue) flashes 2 times. Release the feed button and the printer will begin calibrating.
